Multi state governors in the United States: trump executive order “infeasible”

On August 8 local time, trump signed several executive orders aimed at extending some of the expired rescue measures for the new SARS epidemic after the negotiations with congressmen reached a deadlock. One of the orders is to reduce unemployment benefits from $600 to $400, 25% of which needs to be paid by local governments. Kentucky governor Steven bessier says it won’t work. “My motivation today is not to criticize or point out that the president’s executive order is not out of the good intention of helping, but to point out that the current plan is not feasible.”.
