Morocco arrested four people associated with Islamic state

Rabat on October 5, the Moroccan Ministry of internal affairs issued a communique on the 5th, saying that the Central Bureau of judicial investigation of Morocco arrested four people associated with the extremist organization “Islamic state” in the northern city of Tangier on the same day. According to the communique, security personnel carried out simultaneous operations at multiple locations in Tangier on the same day, arresting four suspects and seizing electronic equipment, knives and other materials. These suspects, deeply influenced by the extreme ideology of “Islamic state”, plan to launch in Morocco. In May 2003, Casablanca, an important town in northern Morocco, caused heavy casualties.
