China is willing to work with all parties to promote the process of political and diplomatic settlement of the Iranian nuclear issue. At a regular meeting on the same day, Iran said on the 18th that the conventional arms embargo imposed by the UN Security Council on Iran has been lifted. Zhao Lijian said that according to resolution 2231, the two restrictive measures imposed by the Security Council on Iran, namely, the conventional arms embargo and the travel ban, expired on October 18, marking the completion of the first phase of resolution 2231.
