Inner Mongolia’s “one yard pass” is really effective

Recently, it has been learned from the health and Health Commission of Inner Mongolia autonomous region that 18.55 million electronic health cards have been issued in the autonomous region, covering 74.2% of the total population in the region. The frequency of use has reached 60.76 million times, and the average use rate is 3.3 times. < p > < p > it is understood that in order to break through the blocking point of medical treatment, Inner Mongolia will accelerate the popularization and application of residents’ electronic health card instead of medical card in 2019, formulate and print the notice on canceling “medical card” within a time limit and realizing “scanning code” medical treatment, requiring public hospitals above level II to stop issuing and using “medical card” and carry out diagnosis and treatment activities through “resident electronic health card”. < / P > < p > at present, 75 tertiary hospitals in the autonomous region all use the electronic health code to “scan the code for medical treatment”. More than 95% of the secondary hospitals provide diagnosis and treatment services for the masses through the electronic health code, which effectively solves the problem of “one hospital with one card, repeated card issuing, and no common use”. At the same time, the electronic medical record database was deployed in the national health information platform of autonomous region and League City. Relying on the main index formed by the basic information of residents’ electronic health card, the cross regional and inter agency exchange of medical and health service data was initially realized. < / P > < p > the autonomous region has also built a “convenient service function application sharing system” to develop convenient service functions such as appointment registration, online payment, and inspection results query. Novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control system is launched on the basis of expanding the residents’ e-health card service function, effectively preventing epidemic prevention and control. By the end of October, 11.97 million “health codes for epidemic prevention and control” had been applied by all parts of the region. < / P > < p > at the same time, we deployed the construction of “cloud clinic” with the residents’ e-health card as the entrance, carried out remote consultation, online consultation, outpatient collaborative diagnosis and treatment of superior and subordinate medical institutions, online prescription, prescription circulation, and offline drug distribution, etc., realizing the integration of online and offline medical services relying on Residents’ electronic health cards. < / P > < p > in addition, according to the needs of plague prevention and control in Inner Mongolia, relying on the residents’ electronic health card, the “rat prevention code” has been developed and put online, which is used for the pre inspection, triage, flow investigation and personal information registration of plague prevention and control in medical institutions at all levels in the region. < / P > < p > we understand that in the next step, Inner Mongolia will integrate the residents’ e-health card, social security card, medical insurance card, UnionPay card and other media, and gradually realize “one code universal” in convenient services such as expense reimbursement, financial payment, medical services, public health, and health management.
