Chongqing doctors need to work at grass roots level for one year

Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission issued the notice on matters related to medical and health services provided by medical practitioners at the grassroots level before applying for the evaluation of deputy senior titles. According to the draft, from 2021, the experience of providing medical and health services in medical and health institutions below the county level or with counterpart support for more than one year will be taken as one of the basic conditions for medical practitioners to apply for the deputy senior title of health technology in the city. < p > < p > < p > < p > it is clear in the draft that the medical practitioners of all hospitals at or above the secondary level and other medical and health institutions at or above the district and county level shall provide medical and health services for more than one year in the medical and health institutions below the county level or in the corresponding supporting medical and health institutions before promotion of the deputy senior title. Without more than one year’s experience in grassroots service, senior professional and technical posts shall not be employed and senior titles shall not be applied for. < p > < p > < p > < p > the draft for soliciting opinions has strict judgment on “grass-roots service experience”. It is clear that the support personnel should work in the receiving unit during the support period, and the experience without full-time work shall not be counted as grass-roots service experience. In principle, the same support personnel should support in the same unit, and each support time should not be less than 3 months. In order to objectively and truthfully evaluate the moral and talent performance and work performance of support personnel during their service at the grass-roots level, the relevant units should establish and improve the evaluation system, including five aspects of morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity, with the focus on work performance.
